What are DNA Groups?
DNA stands for discover, nurture, and act. These groups of 3-4 provide an intimate and comfortable environment to develop deep relational connections with others, focused on transparency and transformation. Rather than rely on a single spiritual leader to ‘coach’ or ‘pastor’ the individuals, DNA groups encourage the church to practice living as the “priesthood of all believers” (1 Peter 2:5-9) and discover how the Holy Spirit leads, speaks, and empowers us to live out our new identity in Jesus in the context of community (John 16:4-15, Gal 5:25).
Rather than study a specific Bible passage or topic, DNA groups are intentionally designed as a triad of relationships to help us identify how the Holy Spirit is speaking and applying God’s Word to change how we think, feel, and act.
